Effective and Positive Communication FAQ
It is right for you if you're looking to improve how you connect with others in your professional life. If you struggle with expressing ideas clearly, building rapport, or handling difficult conversations, coaching can provide practical tools to boost your confidence. It’s also beneficial if you want to improve your leadership communication and strengthen relationships within your team.
You start with sending me an email at ; mankarepova@gmail.com After that we’ll have an initial meeting either online or face-to-face, where we’ll discuss the areas you want to improve. Before the meeting, I’ll send you a questionnaire to fill in, which helps me understand your needs better. During the meeting, we’ll talk about your expectations, set clear goals, and agree on a timeline for achieving them.
After the meeting, if you have any relevant documentation or examples of your communication style, you can send them to me for review. This helps me understand your approach and tailor my coaching to suit your specific needs. If you don't have any materials ready, I can also shadow one of your meetings to observe and get a clearer picture of your communication style. If you can't either of this, we will base the sessions on the questionaries from the initial meeting.
A typical coaching session begins with reviewing the progress since the last meeting, discussing what improvements were made, and how they’ve worked in real-life situations. We analyze communication data, identifying areas where communication could have been more effective, and then explore alternative approaches. The session often includes roleplaying different scenarios to practice new strategies, allowing you to build confidence and refine your communication skills.
The price includes private coaching sessions, email advice, and SMS contact during business hours for ongoing support. It also covers the review of documents, as well as feedback on presentations, meetings, and other relevant materials. Additionally, a follow-up meeting is scheduled two months after the last coaching session to assess progress and address any further needs.
